☑ Why are female employees allowed and even encouraged to come in the workplace dressing/behaving indecently and why are boneless male employees (aka "simps"), or their bosses, always bailing them out and punish the "sexist"?
☑ Why is the "hive mind" dominating among all (otherwise expendable) employees, creating an unbearable working experience for the handful of male or female workers that are actually just doing the jobs they are being paid for?
Meet the ultra-leftist corporate toxic environment where concepts like honor, valor or accountability do not exist. Meet a world where everyone cheats in the JIRA reports, creates "passing" unit tests, boasts of empty achievements, contributes its own part to the final disaster.
The entire system, to every nook and cranny, is broken beyond repair. Ideological conformity (instead of technical achievements, productivity or work ethic) is becoming the real selective criteria, producing invariably bloated underperforming software.
Then came the magical solutions! Let's hire some really time-tested senior developers with high credentials and let's use an industry standard framework (like Laravel or Symfony), which has solutions pre-implemented for "everything" and a wide developer community to consult with.
Using bloated software to create or maintain "professional" bloated applications, where developers were selected by credentials (or by ideological commandments), instead of proven achievements, had no chance of working even on paper.
OK, let's use AI to code for ourselves! The problem is that AI is minimally effective only if it understands the base code well: if the base code is a chaotic mess, it will fail miserably as much as humans will. Also, until achieving AGI, its coding quality is condemned to remain substandard.
OK, let's use modular solutions like Lucinda Framework and developers trained to produce optimal code! Unfortunately, based on my experience, using good software and good guidelines DOES NOT guarantee any better outcome unless... its creators themselves are involved.
